Our fishing lake is a one acre six-feet deep pool set in 10 acres of natural woodland.
Previously, it has been stocked with a number of fish species including Common Carp, Mirror Carp, Tench, Perch, Roach, and Rudd. The record weight was 16 lbs and the fish seem to have thrived after several months when the lake wasn’t used in 2023 and into 2024.
Fishing is open to both camping residents and visitors alike. Space for camping and caravans is limited, please call to book.
There is free onsite parking by the entrance gate, with a short walk to the lake which includes some steps. Please contact us prior to arrival if you require more access information.
The track around the lake is grass/gravel. At certain times of the year it can get muddy, please take care and watch your footing.

Fisherman’s Hut
We are working on getting a fisherman’s hut on lakeside which could be used by all anglers.
Dogs
Calm and well behaved dogs are allowed. They are to be kept on short leads at all times whilst around the lake.
Dogs are not to be left unattended.
You must clean up after your dog and use the bins around the lake.
Measures should be taken by owners to prevent their dogs from recurrent barking or disturbing other anglers.
